Tiffany and Evan’s wedding day was a celebration of ease, elegance, and emotional presence. Set against the rolling landscape of Virginia at The Seclusion, the day unfolded with a natural rhythm—personal, beautiful, and entirely reflective of who they are together. It was an honor to photograph such a thoughtful, connection-centered event, and I’m thrilled to see it featured on Style Me Pretty.

Design in the Details

The design for the day revolved around a soft and romantic palette—blushes, dusty pinks, and neutral tones that felt cohesive without being overly styled. Bridesmaids wore tonal dresses in varying shades of pink and dusty blue, and the florals throughout the ceremony and reception embraced the same palette. Rather than a traditional floral arch, the ceremony space featured a half-circle of grounded arrangements that framed the couple without obstructing the mountain view.

Throughout the reception, low centerpieces, soft linens, and subtle textural details tied everything together. The paper goods, the glassware, the considered placement of every design element—it all worked in harmony with the setting rather than competing with it.

Fashion that Balanced Structure and Softness

Tiffany wore an off-the-shoulder gown with sculptural lines that felt both modern and timeless. Her look was paired with a clean low bun, soft makeup, and drop pearl earrings. Evan chose a classic tux—sharp, simple, and elevated by the choice to forgo a tie for something slightly more relaxed.

Golden Hour and Honest Moments

One of the most memorable parts of the day was stepping away for golden hour portraits just before dinner. The light at The Seclusion softened everything, casting Tiffany and Evan in the warmest tones and creating some of my favorite film portraits from this season.

The entire day was paced with intentionality. Nothing felt rushed. Every interaction—from their cocktail hour conversations to their quiet pre-reception moment near the bar—was rooted in real connection. The location gave everyone space to slow down, breathe, and be present.Tiffany and Evan, thank you for allowing me to witness and capture your story. You can see more of their day over on Style Me Pretty.
