Ahead of Kathryn and Tony’s wedding this spring in Virginia, I flew down to Atlanta for their engagement session. We started at Chateau Elan. Everyone is a little nervous at the start of a photoshoot, so, naturally a few glasses of wine for the couple helped. We ran through through the the vineyard before heading to their family home on the lake. There was quite a trek from the house over to the boat ramp, but we took the golf cart down (apparently that helps to avoid snakes which I was terrified of finding). With Kathryn’s favorite band, Haim, playing from my phone, we laughed and had the best time before gathering around the family table for some real Atlanta bbq.
