Baltimore Hair and Makeup Artist In Studio Portraits

I’m lucky enough to meet a ton of creatives and artists through my portraiture work here in Baltimore. In this session – I photographed Tasia Mitropoulos, a local hair and makeup artist. If you couldn’t tell by her last name, she’s Greek like me. We bonded over an ease and understanding that only comes by a shared, unspoken cultural background. She showed up wearing a gold totem necklace that looked so familiar to me because it was similar to one given to me by my own Yia Yia when I was a baby.
